We host no content
TabTV is a media player. We do not host, store, cache, or distribute any streams, channels, or media. All content is provided by third-party playlists that users choose and configure themselves. As such, there is generally no content on our systems for us to remove.
Reporting infringement
If you believe a user is using TabTV to access material that infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to dmca@tabtv.app with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Please include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- The specific stream, URL, or playlist source claimed to infringe;
- Your contact information (name, address, email, phone);
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the rights holder and that the information is accurate;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we can do
Because we do not control third-party sources, our remedies are limited, but we take valid notices seriously. Where appropriate we will: review the notice promptly (typically within a few business days); forward it to the relevant third-party provider where identifiable; and act against users as described below.
Repeat-infringer policy
We will suspend or terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly use TabTV to infringe the rights of others. Misusing the player to access content you have no right to view is a violation of our Terms of Use.
